Instructions

  1. Combine creamer, vodka and chocolate liqueur with a cup of ice in a martini shaker or lidded jar. Shake well.

  2. Dip rim of martini glass in chocolate syrup followed by sparkling sugar.

  3. Strain drink into glass. Sip!
